If not mistaken, the manga is prepublished on the Comic Gardo (Web). They let their authors choose their publication schedule type, and for this manga it's volume by volume. Chapter 19 is simply the end of the current volume. I dont know if a JP speaking friend can find a release date for vol 5...

Seems likely true, i've not seen even one version with a proper TL team announced. Respect for your decision ! As for quality, ngl for a one man team, you're doing mighty fine.
