I've been conditioned to pair dream-plots with unreliable narrators i.e. "are you still dreaming?", but this type of work feels pretty straightforward, at least. Still took me about half the chapter to put that idea to bed, so to speak.

Even after reading the whole thing + Batuque, this period is still my favorite for art style.

This entire series is goofy as fuck, but I do enjoy how the characters play off of each other mostly every chapter.

Been a while since I've seen this legendary chapter. I don't remember it having this many pages, but I think I read it when it was listed separately as a one shot.

I think crediting Dostoyevsky for the original story is my favorite joke.
