Frankly, chapters 1 and 2 have very little to do with the story as a whole. Lilly in those two chapters is radically different from chapter 3 onward. The collar doesn't pop beyond chapter 10, IIRC. Much like nagatoro's bullying turned tease, that is just an element from a story that died so we...
