man, these people are so obsessed with power, they never think of how easily they could get fucked over. its such a cliche on every murim/wuxia manhwa/mamhua stories.
Y do feel like i've read this exact same plot before. a child war veteran want to live a normal high school life. and goes through the school like a beginner while keeping secret how powerful he is (plus MC's corny-ass title). and the principle/teacher is the MC's superior officer.
This has to be worst way of telling backstory ever. The start was interesting then immediately push in long flashback that is so damn slow pace. Not just that, it kept jumping back to present and back without visual queue. Causing an already clusterfuck of backstory unnecessarily confusing.
@ariria most of the time, the reasons are pretty shallow. Some wont admit it, but if a character is hot and on the good guys side, people tends to forgive them easily. Sometimes they set themselves up to forgive hot guy whose first impressions are a scumbag/asshole before the story gave any...
