Not sure. In the extra chapter 4.5 she also has a Lazedog pencil case that she keeps smiling at when opening. Maybe she just likes that particular look.
It's already implied that he looks like Lazedog which she adores but other than that he's a good cook, he is easy to tease and has amusing reactions, he's kind and he seems to be physically strong?
Either that or the mangaka is attempting to unravel the servitude angle (because of the troublesome implications) in an interesting way. I honestly wasn't sure I would like the nature of their relationship when I started reading this but now it's become much more interesting!
