Kimura probably got hurt there too because there was a time that Manaka was about to confess to him and he denied it and what she did now is a confirmation (to him at least) that what she felt then wasn't romantic love at all so probably that's why he was so spaced out this chapter. Next chapter...

How can she be so cute and beautiful at the same time? I also appreciate that the art keeps getting better, you can tell author really enjoys/likes what he is doing
When will her past be revealed anyway? I want to know now at this point then just have the story continue with SoL chapters, character development for both. It's becoming like Okaeri Papa manga where the mystery gets dragged on forever that you don't care anymore
