You can because we are click a button that says we have the rights to upload the chapters means its tech our fault if the companies get mad. But utoons chapters were taken down due to the dmca

Your allowed to reupload chapters the got hit by the DMCA but you just have to say that you "got the rights" to upload it. Other wise the mods dont care - source the mods
