It's a medical condition, yeah. But if it doesn't cause much pain/inconvenience people simply wouldn't go to the doctor. (in cases where it does the treatment is circumcision). He's already consulted her and she doesn't think it's serious enough, I guess.

This is just perfect. Idk what the mangaka would add if she expands on it, I guess stuff between the timeskips, especially the big one. Loved this, so great! There are very very few oneshots I've given a 10 to but this is one. I really should finish reading/watching The Duke of Death and his Maid.

Didn't realise this was part of the DMCA purge of 2025. The whole thing was translated (mostly by Akatsuki Scans) but you'll have to find it elsewhere cos mangadex isn't allowed to host it anymore.
