Though I want to like the art, it just feels... chaotic, like everything is too cramped. The story is a bit too bland with the MC wanting to “change” her fate but she doesn't do anything at all, essentially a bland Bakarina.
So she's smart enough to scheme yet still that naive to not tell the diffenrence between a child of a slave and a child of an empress.
Plus, I want to laugh at how she called herself a commoner but when in reality, she's even worse than that.
Did she really say that she doesn't want the damned emperor to be with Navier when she's the one who got between their relationship, constantly calling her "sister" and acting like an ass to her?
“Why did you disappear without a word?” thought the girl who ran from him.
But in all honesty, I dislike scapegoat arcs like these because the reasons are always so petty, like “I can bully the guy who doesn’t have a power similar to that of my parents lol.”
I personally feel conflicted with Loki, her character development is lackluster at best with the arc of her being sick and there’s also a whole thing with her basically toying with someone’s life just because the person looks like girl and with her being bored.
