Why am I even reading this? Most of these aren't good. If it turns out to be one of the good ones so much the worse because it'll get cancelled, the translators will give up, or someone will sit on the rights and aggressively pull it from the internet somewhere around chapter 25 or so. Yet I...
I've read a lot of korean webtoons now, mostly out of boredom but in part out of masochism. They update fast and in this world of dwindling japanese translators and draconian copyright it makes up an ever increasing portion of what is out there to read. That having been said this is the first...
I'm grateful for the effort. Still it saddens me just how much stuff isn't on mangadex. Especially series like this which I follow by authors I like. There isn't really a comparable website the way their used to be. I suppose in this era of draconian copyright enforcement I have to go back...
I like how the genocide of a 3000 person village doesn't even further theirgoals for the test. I is incidental and they decided to leave no witnesses for the hell of it.
It isn't bad. I feel like this has a story worth telling. It is just told so terribly. Entirely through flashbacks. A useful tool for sure but it shouldn't be the only method of storytelling. Worse still to introduce characters for a flashback and nothing else.
This is such a terrible system. Every get a group project in school where no one else did anything? This is nearly every battle and exam in this school. You have two scenarios; talented students are randomly distributed between classes or classes are stacked with people of similar ability...
This is horrible. Who even are these people in this party? Apparently they have a lot of faith in and knowledge about the main character but they were just introduced? Why does the mc have to meet himself if he has a telepathic link? Is the duke going to discreetly parade a 30,000 man...
This is a huge improvement. The other translation always feels like stilted unnatural gibberish, like an improv show trying to lampoon ye olde english.
