This is definitely 100% NTR. The swapping/swinging aspect isn't an "either or": it's NTR based on partner swapping. It is really easy to see the NTR in the emotions of the MC. He's going along with it, but he would clearly rather be monogamous with FMC.

Oh man, this is literally one of the best NTR mangas out there. I think there is a problem that a lot of NTR is just focused on cheating/cuck, but the REALLY good NTR focuses on the tension, unease, longing, regret, desire... it's such an emotional mix when done correctly. I'm so glad to see...
