It's an anthology series of a very, VERY tropey genre... the true otome isekai warriors understand that 90% of the genre is very repetitive slop, making the 10% that are interesting, well written, or intriguing true gems.

You should check out "The One Within the Villainess" here on MD if you want a story that really thoroughly explores that theme. It just ended and its a fantastic read.
Insanely good manga. Easily one of my favorites I've ever read, easily. I read the web novel a long while back, so I always knew what the ending would be, but found myself constantly thrilled at how this manga adaptation improved on the original written source to take it to a whole nother level...
It hasn't been updated in a long, long while either... I'm pretty sure the missing chapters disappeared before the most recent round of DMCA take down.
Either way, it was only up to I wanna say the mid chapter 20s or so, so there was no group on MD actively working on it for quite some time.
I've seen the "fiance who acts like he doesnt care but secretly does" trope executed so poorly soo many times in the "Though I May Be a Villainess, I'll Show You I Can Obtain Happiness!" anthology series, and it's always some of the most poorly written shit you can find in this niche genre...
