I have to say Chokki's dad might just be the cutest dad in all of manga- I see where she gets it from. Also I love how his overanalysis of Shun makes sense in hindsight once you learn he's a detective show fan. Maybe I've just not read enough romcoms, but it was really nice to see an anime...

I want to be more excited for this, but then I recognized the mangaka and remembered how much of a disappointment their last work Multiverse Me was. I'll give this a shot until about the end of the first volume, but I'm not going to have my hopes too high this time.

Gosh, it's so cool that we finally get a Wakao face reveal from someone else's perspective- shake-ups like this are what keep this concept fresh and fun! (It somewhat reminds me of the different ways we get "I am Groot" from different perspectives in the Guardians of the Galaxy movies, haha)

I'm not at all worried that they won't get together- seems like a foregone conclusion at this point, and we have her graduation as a definitive deadline too. My main worry is that the series ends right as they get together, instead of showing us several more volumes of their life as a couple...
