Seems to be less of a new season, and more an attempted recovery after an axe-drop. The art "style" is entirely 3d models with a tiny bit of lineart.

Getting "Please! Freeze! Please!" vibes a couple chapters in, and I'm here for it tbh. Entirely degenerate, but honestly not that far out, and the "story" does add a lot to it imo.
