All feeds/lists have an inherent limit of 10,000 items which means it is required to apply (further) filtering if your query applies to items exceeding that amount (as I'm writing this there are a total of 104,922 titles on mangadex)

Did you reload the tab? Optionally you could check and see if you can see if it is logging to the console in the devtools "creating ... Observer"

Hmm, interesting, just tried it myself and didn't encounter a problem, doubt it's the meta data unless you put in some weird stuff that somehow didn't get caught by the frontend.. was it the same image(s) both attempts? and if they weren't the same as the ones in the actual chapter you managed...
