FYI the official english is in fact available (the web link is funky tho and of course there's a paywall) and updates every Friday, currently has up to Ch 157 so seems to be catching up to the scanlations. So it could be that the scanlators chose to drop it with that in mind.

I'm just gonna echo what many other comments here are saying. While usually miscommunication drama isn't the most appealing of plots, it really works for his manhwa purely because the set-up IS that... it's a failing marriage! It's to be expected, especially when it has been set up to fail from...

I love how this update pretty much shows the evil MIL trope can in fact be as simple as conflicting personalities and bad first impressions, not that the MIL is actually evil

This is a very hard read but I think it's very necessary for people to understand what depression is like abd exactly how bad it can get - it's not like Ura wasn't negative or depressed before hand, but losing control made her spiral.
