This sounds waaaaay better in Japanese. the term "my lord" is English, so she's saying "watashi no 'my lord'" in full. it means what it says, but since the title they used was "my lord", it'd be weird to just say "lord" or something like that.

We don't know if there's a reason for it, but as said earlier in the story, Maria has never gotten pregnant to the point where they had doctors check if she was physically unable to have children anymore. Might have some reason behind it, might just be bad luck, we'll just have to see.
