Damn, great chapter. Very nice cosplay by Honami and her friend (I see that slight boob reveal on page 5 mangaka). Izumi's costume looks good too. And manager-san... oh boy, not even gonna say anything, she speaks for herself!
Also way to step up there Izumi and try to cheer up Honami. And good...
That's a bit harsh IMO. I mean yes, crystal ball measuring device is a very standard trope in this sort of fantasy / magic environment but calling it "always shit" is way too categorical to me. Don't see it standing out from how other typical tropes are handled in the 2 chapters of the story...
Eh, he's very brusque and overly suspicious (probably comes with the territory of being guard Captain) but I don't see anything pointing to him not being trustworthy yet.
