It's his actual name, the raws have furigana which confirm it. Though Manamichi is indeed an uncommon name

Usually I'd agree, but this is impressively bad, the author is definitely to blame for most of this. Axes are always bad, but there are so many better ways to handle it than whatever the fuck this is.

The problem isn't that they were being rude and awkward or how the characters reacted in-universe, the problem is that the author is using the age old stereotype of "trans women only want to be women so that they can be creepy around actual women", which has been used as a reason to discriminate...

Melonbooks has a bonus pamphlet that comes with the book, it has a few 4 panel comics that are pretty fun. I couldn't find any scans online, and I don't have a scanner myself, so if you're interested you're gonna have to buy the book yourself...

You can use proxy shipping services like JapanRabbit, Neokyo, etc., pretty much they order the items to their warehouse in Japan for you and then ship them to you separately. But it's a bit more expensive thanks to the fees and the international shipping.
