This is absolutely great so far. It combines the sweetness of Horimiya with a sense of creeping unease, as more and more hints drip in that a relationship between somebody's disembodied personality part and a human can't be maintained without a cost...

Good, very good. The story has actually moved forward significantly in 30 chapters (with generally good pacing), which feels revolutionary after all the garbage I've been reading.
If they ever decide to actually have the other characters play an interesting role in this, send me a comment. I'm not expecting much, but the premise still seems genuinely interesting, if they ever play into it and explore the "middle boss's" change and how that changes things.
