No, the last chapter uploaded here was 105. Look around and you'll find the translations for the other 20 chapters. It's heartbreaking but webtoons are sometimes dropped by translators and not uploaded properly here, resulting in sometimes massive gaps. At least this translator isn't trying to...

That's why it's no good to skip. The webtoon hasn't changed, it's just that you skipped to the climax and missed all the context along the way. If it bothers you, I recommend reading the other chapters.
