I also think that Okaya just wants to fuel his religious delusion of Nagare being God/Jesus. He’s trying to portray Yuda as Judas because Judas(Yuda) “betrayed” Jesus(Nagare) in order to survive. In Okaya’s and Yuda’s perspective, the sin is that Yuda left Nagare to die.
