Rather, that chapter was a flash forwards. It occurs in December (she specifically requests that her ashes be scattered in December) and this chapter happens in July.
@ryouhira so far this is shaping up to be completely different in theme. Where Gakkou Gurashi was about desperation and sadness, this is more about melancholy and bittersweet interactions.
@VINT64 The idea is that for children it'd be a game to see who can get to the top first, but its not...
You're welcome.
Also Namari's fetish is very world fitting. You see humans with weird elf fetishes "oh they are wearing green leaves for clothes" or w/e but a sort of rugged "human" thing could be a fetish for other races. Man I really do love this author's world building.
Jesus Christ the heroines are straight out of the 90s in the worst possible way. Like unironic Akane from Inuyasha tier trash.
As is tradition, I'll give even the worst manga 3 chapters to try hook me, but I'm really not feeling this one.
Man, his last few series didn't take off so Seo's gone back to hardcore tropes with multiple potential waifus to appeal to as many possible bases as possible. The only twist so far is that the main character is an asshole instead of a wimpy glass of water.
I feel like this isn't going to go...
