Yeah the 1,1 doesn't seem to add up. I think it should actually be 2,0 for 0+2 and 3-3 Though, if you want you can consider factoring in what Touma told Kana at the end. If the blame was shifted to Kana, then his payoff goes down and the trio's payoff goes up which could shift it to 1,1. Though...

Rather than the executable, it's a setting of your excel. It's not identifying commas as a list separator so when it imports it puts everything together. Look up how to change list separator or delimiter for your excel version and change it to a comma, then try opening the csv in excel again.

Idk what your settings are, but it looks like it opened all the lines into the same column, kind of like if you were to open the file in a text editor. It should split each category into it's own column, so that that A is ID, B is Type, C is Status, etc.

It could be the other way around too. She could have killed off her real emotions in order to be able to play her part as the empty doll. Depends how far into tragedy the author wants to go into, I guess.
