It seems like you don't translate or clean any SFX, which is a lot of work (though this is a commissioned release), but the pages of them singing left untouched is a little sad

It seems they do use MTL, but at some point stopped putting the disclaimer in their credits. You can look at their first uploads for Sengoku Komachi Kuroutan and the comments for those chapters for the disclaimer and their statements about their use of MTL

@The5thSeraph not all the karaage in this chapter was even poultry man. and in shokugeki there was like... an entire filler arc devoted to chicken karaage lmao, not to mention that apparently in the shokugeki wiki there's 22 chicken dishes
