This manga has some of the most blaring pacing issues for something that has been running for this long. There isnt really a bigger goal or major plot, and it suffer immensely for it, nothing happens and there is no reason for anything

But it isnt NTR. The two main characters aren't dating. There is one small section of the story with the married couple but its not about them, but to say that would in any way define the entire manga as NTR is kinda ehh. Even that isnt going for a "NTR vibe" at all, just plain cheating
