Welp, looks like TNT dropped the translation for this series since the author tweeted their dislike regarding the distribution of their manga illegally. Can't be helped. It was a good journey but I can't possibly purchase it legally.
It would be better off not including this kind of plotline in a purely fluff kind of story. I understand that it might seem unrealistic focusing on the two of them all throughout the story but the way the author inserts the other guy in the story is unsettling. I don't mind the NTR bait, authors...
