No, he was, but he lost his sense of taste. That's been the implication anyway. Things like that can happen.
Edit: Never mind, I realized I had only just read the last chapter and not this one.
Did you miss the part where she and the mom are explicitly planning to get the dad to sleep with her so she can get pregnant and give birth to the reincarnation of her dead biological dad? Or the intimations she's made to MC subtly seeding the idea of sleeping with her? Or that whole storyline...
I've suspected Kuseno for some time now, but the idea that Genos himself was never human is an interesting one, especially since there's never been a sign of any organic parts left in him. If he's a copy of Bofoi's AI made by Kuseno, then maybe being around Saitama has allowed him to break...
Maybe Goblins aren't Goblins. maybe they started as something else, like Elves, and something turns them into Goblins, they lose who they were, and the ring undid the Goblinization, but Ish has been a Goblin for so long that her pre-Goblin self is gone. Maybe it's like LotR where Orcs and...
The translation is good, but I think I'm dropping this because of the manga itself. I feel like a Tournament arc this soon is making the story drag (though going like two years without a translation doesn't help). His brother also got his comeuppence a little too soon. It feels anticlimatic.
Weirdly enough I had too, until I randomly remembered it last week, and thought about how it'd been a while since it updated... But I thought it was like last year, not three whole years ago, damn.
I think the dog is completely unrelated/setup for something terrible about to happen, and it may have been helping her to get her to show signs that she can see it. The spirits and whether they're good or bag in general. Maybe it just likes to haunt that store though and we'll get a back story...
Like almost everything is CG Models with filters over them to make them look hand drawn. Even characters have it going on with the face being the only thing that's drawing. It feels kinda lazy to me because the models aren't that good either.
I think there's an argument that no one, including Al, is fully good or evil. Remember, he clearly has feelings for Illya and readily abandons his fiance for her, leading to his death. In the Brothel loop, he probably didn't marry his fiancee either, as he seems to be spending all his time...
Okay re-read through the series to remember what was going on and I think I have some theories:
1. Illya isn't the only one going through the loops, but is the only one aware of the loops. It's shown in the chapter that Soleil is being controlled by an external force that he is vaguely aware of...
