For each language, you have to wait for approval from mods to have your chapter approved. it's the same as the very first chapter you'd upload but for every new language you release a chapter in for the first time.
first time uploaders have to wait for appoval from a mod on their chapter before it's readable for everyone. this can usually take from 10 hours to a whole day to be approved, rarely you'll see it be shorter then a day though.
the other chapters were deleted due to galaxy degen sniping this series from iEatLoli. if you want to read those chapters you'll have to go to a third party site to find them. wonder how many more times people will ask where those chapters are without looking in the comments for the answer as to...
@Aldhaheriahmad raws for season 2 just started yesterday, whether or not it'll be picked up by a group that posts on md is yet to be seen. if you're looking for it regardless leviatan has started on season 2 already.

doesn't help the fact that finding raws is hard when the official raws link is dead, the only way to get the remaining chapters now is to get them through a sketchy Chinese raws website that has who knows what attached to the images.
