@OsoJr It sounds like she has a serious case of saviour complex. People often feel like they're owed something if they help someone who might need it. In this case, she's protecting the MC, and training him to get stronger, but expects to be revered and treated like the strong heroic...
I would've preferred the demon girl to take mercy on the minotaur guys. It would have provided some much needed contrast to this rage-hate boner fest of a manga. Would've made for a better story too. Sane demon "princess" who's wise and genuinely good, brings back the protagonist from pure...
They did a damn good job at justifying the hateful rage. holy shit, none of it even seems overly cartoonishly evil like they do in other manga. Just like regular old corruption, but turned up to 11.
@PoopySmeller maybe the millenials are the ones writing the stories now. Being an edgy athiest was cool back in the 2000's internet. I jest, but idk. I don't think Japan went through as bad of a fedora tipping athiest phase as the west did.
