Is it just me or is the story not really all that fun to read anymore? Neither the protagonists nor antagonists have been fun to read and it's been ages since we last saw Kazuya and Kiriha.
Agreed, Isaac's report probably concluded with something like "The new canals would open new opportunities and a brighter future in Aitheria" but ends up being too vague and doesn't actually imprint any sort of image on what those opportunities and brighter future actually looks like. The canals...
