Xu Yuan is a very good soldier, but just in this chapter Blue girl has proven herself to be skilled in diplomacy AND leadership. She's absolutely right in that a good team is essential as you don't have eyes in the back of your head.

Wow, she just backstabbed that guy like it was nothing when he pulled her out of the fire at literally the last moment without any other help coming. Unless she's saying there's another position that's immensely ungrateful.
