Art is usually good but much of the time is actually great (except the horses, of course), the fight choreography is mediocre bordering on bad, while the power system specifics are cool the author does not really attribute strength faithfully/reasonably to the individuals in the story, overall...

Exactly how I feel, well said. I feel quite betrayed seeing as how I read only s1 and some of s2, put it on hold for s3 to finish, extolled it's virtues here, and reread everything when I came back to finish it .... And might I add that the fights aren't good. The choreography is very bad...
