They're just wiki's, amolst nothing canon. Up until now we only have like 3 or 4 canon cup size.

The index of volume 2 (ch.5) don't show any extra at the end; there's only the extra in volume 1 (see my previous comment)

The eleven chapter is probably the extra "a cute person", present after ch. 4. Is just few pages, but some sites often count mini extra...
