It's very clearly meant to be Dekkarian. JP is デッッッカリアン デ is De デッカイ (dekkai) is "huge/big" Adding more ッ is similar to stretching out the word, so デッッッカイ is kinda like saying HUUUUGE in English. My guess is that the title is meant to be a portmanteau of デッカイ and エイリアン (huge and alien)

Honestly, if it weren't for the whole "generates lotion from her mouth" thing confirming that she really is a golem, then I woulda guessed that a later chapter would reveal she's actually the sage just pretending to be a golem (since chap 1 said she bears a striking resemblance)

Chapters like this really show that the author does their research on the industry. On the topic of models/motion, really hoping thisbgets an anime one day so we can see Noa-senpai move in all her energetic glory (aside from this motion)
