Why it has genderswap theme???

It actually exist since like chapter 1. It is kind of not obvious since it is just a manga (maybe artstyle choice etc.) but when you see the consistency between male's and female's neck they drew, it is indeed adam's apple on chapter 1.

Let me guess, even if this is just my wild guess. I give it a spoiler just in case. No idea if this is correct or wrong or obvious or not.

did anyone else notice that small detail on her/his neck?
