Shadows House is an ensemble drama (the author stated it himself), and I think they want to give each character as much spotlight as possible, and this chapter exists for that. Even I already thought of Shaun is Suzanna's brother, it's still a cute chapter tho:wooow:

I think that's the problem. Soumatou wants to deepen the characters in the story, but the editor is too impatient to get to the interesting parts. I know his intention is nice. maybe he thought it will help sales. but honestly, it just ends up a mess. If I remember correctly, Soumatou-sensei...

Seems like the author is struggling with editor's cuts lately, and once they got approval to draw it, they crammed all the moments they wanted to draw
