Handholding aside. I am always astonished by how the monster design in this manga ALWAYS manages to creep me out. Im pretty used to horror, but this manga always seems to scratch that fight or flight response in my brain.
God i hate localizations so much its unreal. All you people going "erm, its actually a good thing" suddenly forgot that a million manga has been translated before this one that didnt localize this heavy and still read just fine.

If there isnt a really good reason for why the demons had to kill most of humanity i dont see myself reading this much further. Mindless mass murder doesnt sit well with me, especially when the main character has to "seduce" the mass murderers.
Al actually has arguments and reasonings for what he does and all Anis can muster is "Sparkle on, remember to be yourself!"

Really confused why this has such a high rating. It was honestly really disappointing how little this series explored basically anything. Rushed power system that feels like anyone can do anything, OH but dont fight someone with the opposite elemental or whatever or you will lose, boring.
