Because the title is misleading. The main lead isn't exacly a TS.
She is biologicaly 100% female, so she would be a TS if she identified herself as male, acted, dressed and spoke like one.
Instead she acts like a girl and accepts herself as a girl, just one that likes boobs cause she was a guy...
