i'm guessing the next chapter will be a magic academy arc, then followed by a harem development arc, and then the manga will go on haitus indefinitely before any sort of satisfying ending to the story is achieved. Just like every other reborn magician isekai novel.
the pacing and story telling of this manga feels really disjointed and awkward. Is this the effect of them chopping up the chapter so much? Or is the story telling just poor and I'm having a hard time enjoying it?
@Ronye yes I have, but my own wish fulfillment hopes for an actual unique story where the protagonist has to work for his power again instead of just restarting as over powered.
I would actually be surprised if the author subverts our expectation and shows that magic has advanced significantly and Epthal's rebirth skills are weak or barely average compared to his brother. I'm sure everyone is already expecting another "magic has degenerated and now my old magic is...
