Well, it's good if he changed his mind now... trying to kill someone to feel happy isn't the best path to take. However, that older guy should be careful! If he ever upsets him, won't that directly cause his death flag now?!

If you have an overactive imagination and imagine the scenes, (like yearning faces perhaps haha) then yes. Otherwise I thought the webtoon did the novel pretty well, even in regards to leaving it with that subtle bl flavor.
