So... both the girl and guy didn't know what the other's wish was.
Girl assumed she would die from her illness so she wished that "guy wouldn't forget about her". Guy only knew that girl...
dad needs a hell lot of convincing character development to be able to redeem himself.

while he may not be a good person, i’m glad he at least doesn’f have any malicious intents towards the princess. he’s sly but maybe he can actually help her.
I’m pretty disappointed with how this story is done. to me it looks like they want to make the story sensual while somehow still keeping the innocent type of love nuance. looks like they try to use religion to make this somewhat yuri arc more convenient, while not representing said religion...

as a Muslim woman idk how to feel about this lol never expected the story to turn out this way.. anyway they’re minor characters so hopefully I don’t have to read more of this since I’m more interested in the main plot anyway.
