this is the second time today alone where I see a notice about a manga's release schedule turning inconsistent due to the poor health of the mangaka. As much as I enjoy this medium, it is heart breaking when you realize just how taxing it is on them, so much so to a point a number of mangakas...
well knowing her children (and the whole Misogiya family history now) I expect Chiyo to soften up a bit towards Dara in the future, but it is a surprise that she's still holding that reverence for her despite the fact she already knows she must be pretty close to her children, even going so far...
welp, there's the axe folks. Not like we didn't see it coming but it honestly felt like they gave a series to someone who wasn't ready for it, in my opinion. Just hope the author doesn't get discouraged by this and keeps going, who knows, we might get a great manga out of this failure someday.
man I want some spoilers too, this was too cute and I wish it had kept going. I'd read the novel myself but I can't read novels for shit unless they're in a physical format (I can't focus at all if they're digital, I've tried)
willing to bet the bug manga is set in the future, moth girl there is Kiri's Daughter ("my mom works in the movies" when asked how she has so much money) and the one who looks like Taya is her Daughter with Haru (since you know, Uni aged, attending mixers, she looks like a carbon copy of Taya...
well then, cat's out of the bag. Chiyo always gave off this vibe that she knew, but it was never clear just HOW MUCH she knew, and well, I am very much curious to see how these two will interact here.
thank you for the chapter
Fun Fact, her Unique skill's Kanji are the exact same as the Monster Hunter Main Theme, Proof of a Hero.
Took me a bit to find, but here's a vid with the Japanese title
what a genuine motherfucker. Knowing this manga, no one else saw that either I'm guessing. Seriously someone should punch those glasses into his fucking skull, that's such a low blow
censorship is worse there from what I could see tho. This release has way, way thinner black bars. shame about the image quality though, really miss the peeps that used to translate this.
Thanks for the release nonetheless
so uhh, is no one going to comment on that first page and how it probably will get the translator banned from MD outright? (At least if they're not joking about it)
last two chapters feel like someone was told the axe was approaching and is trying desperately to save it any way possible sadly. I was kind of enjoying the slow burn with the main character that didn't want to be too involved, but he quite literally made a 180. Well, let's see if this direction...
it's making me wonder, that if his mom was like that when she was his age, how will HE turn out when he's an adult? Also nice to hear that them being goofballs while kids runs in the family and isn't just a thing for the MC, like he isn't the "joke" or "the failure" of the bloodline so to speak...
for two Otaku in their 30's? I could see it honestly, and considering the translator's other series doesn't have this kind of dialog (considering the reincarnated MC was older and generally more serious than these two goofballs), I'd think at best it's accurate, at worst it's being localized to...
that seems to be the case, I think for anyone that doesn't fit those two categories there's no way to create chapter forum threads anymore, but we can still comment on the forums on any threads that do exist. Honestly feels like the writing on the wall to pack it up, corpofication is steadily...
