While i agree with most of what you said, the thing about the woman calling him annoying wasn't because he kept striking awkward conversations with her every day but that he asked her the same sht every time (asking her how her slime is doing) and that would annoy even your grandma if her pet...
Story seems interesting but I don't know how to feel about some1 shooting magical/holy arrows through peoples heads to more or less force them to fall in love. Atleast I wouldn't like my love interest to get brainwashed into liking me
The fact that "god" can't send her back means either she can but don't want to cause she finds it enjoyable to see them die/suffer or that she's weaker than the people summoning them which is improbable.
Like, what kind of entity calling itself a god can't stop and forbid dimensional...
