The speech bubbles here are mixed up. The one I marked in red is supposed to be Shunpei's dialogue and An's initial response was pushed down as a result.
Here I'm pretty sure the foreigner said the word "mononoke" when speaking English (as in Princess Mononoke) because Shunpei makes a note of...
This is nitpicking but I think this line on page 18
…もう、またテキトー言って
translates better as: "Man, you're just saying things again..."
(indicating that she thinks that Shunpei is just giving polite compliments on two occasions)
And Shunpei's thought bubble should be: "'Again?'" (w/ quotation marks...
Ty for TL. I think the first speech bubble could be rendered like, "Wha- Takayagawa?! You too?!" or something to make it more clear that the speaker is shocked because he's also into her.

Is this manga being translated using MTL or AI? The gyaru's name is AyaSA not AyaCHA. Rua calls her Ayacha in katakana in the raws (アヤチャ) but everyone else calls her Ayasa spelt in kanji (彩茶 and occasionally with the reading explicitly given in furigana as あやさ).
I'm guessing the machine doesn't...
I'm aware. It's just that from my understanding the つ is there to indicate gemination and not to imply that she calls him Ritsu. Like how 特権 (とっけん) is broken down into 特 (とく) + 権 (けん)
