As a scanlator for the Vietnamese of this manga, I recommend keeping the surname as Hinomori. Cuz 氷 have 音読み (Onyomi) reading is ひょう and 訓読み (Kunyomi) reading is ひ or こおり and following the 当て字 (word have another spelling) or Jukujikun (熟字訓, sry I don't know how to explain this word in English...
