i thought this too, and she also looks extremely similar to sugar mountain from sbr!! a really similar premise to her stand as well, acting on guilt/truth/raw emotions

but that was an alternate dimension diego, not the one that would naturally be in the regular universe, so chances are that even kira probably wouldn't have the same stand as he did in pt4
