Iwakura will be embraced by Hibiya in the next few chapters. He's already shown he's a good guy and he treats her with respect. Plus it's a win-win since they both want to hang out with Kuroki and Chihara for life.
Mel hit the jackpot with Miyabi. Free plushies, great food, a nice home, gets respected as a top class adventurer and pampered like a child. I also love how they honestly believed it was an empty room instead of Mel's room. It was always Mel's room.
Doesn't this narrow it down considerably? It has to be someone who both knew Tsukito went to that camp and that Miyu was there. Also maybe knew that Miyu have confused him for Haruto.
Also Yuushin finding out he managed to pull the real Miyu has got make him wonder if the fake Miyu actually...
I think it's more like a sibling thing between Chinatsu and Kazami now whereas Chinatsu has had a couple "Heart skips a beat" moments with Hibiya. Hibiya seems to be the only guy who has been genuinely caring and respectful to her.
That's only an empty room until Mel finds out about the base, then it's her room.
Wouldn't telling her that you want to build the house together count as a proposal?
Well if it's not the drainage tunnel, that Miyabi for some reason dug right beside the foundation of this mansion, isn't the problem then it'll be found soon. Once Mel moves in since she won't abandon the luxury and plushies that Miyabi provides, she'll hunt down any strange noises.

It always gets me how Mel is always 100% onboard with Miyabi's craziness. She even seems to take it more seriously than he does sometimes.

Kobayashi and/or Tohru or Lucoa will stop him and make it clear that it is a problem between Lucoa and Tezca to solve. Lucoa will be both angry at him not trusting her to deal with her past and happy that he wanted to protect her. Life moves on.

So Yuushin saves the grandmother, the girl breaks down and confesses she helped cover up an unrelated crime on the festival day, she joins the group and Miyu has to worry about one more person trying to take Yuushin's virginity which she has laid claim too.
