Why do I never rate manga lowly?
Because it would need to be an absolute dogshit for me to rate it that low. Nobody would share something that bad, so it would just go unnoticed. Even if it was popular no scanlator would translate it, and even if it was scanlated I could probably tell it's shit from a distance so I wouldn't read it. If you think that's an impossibly rare case scenario (you're wrong) it's just individual differences in thinking, so let's agree to disagree. THIS is a dogshit 0/10 comic btw:
