The guy with the 'cap' at page 24(probably the lead mangaka) is most probably a reference to Hideo Yamamoto(author of Homunculus and ichi the killer) since kengo hanazawa worked as his assistant in the past and that style of 'cap' is something Yamamoto is frequently seen wearing
